My aim was to get fit and get fit fast.I learned that hard work pays off but most of all I learned that unless you are coached and or trained by a skilled instructor like Simon, you will never progress to where your dreams are situated. I compete in the toughest Extreme Enduros in the world and my conditioning, core strength and cardio are all major components of my success. The riders I compete against are professionals that train and ride full time. With the routines Simon puts together I am able to training for a fraction of the time and experience great results. Best part for me is training with the other crazy people from the 6am group class. This group helps keep you motivated and makes you feel part of the team.

When I started at Transfit, there was no ways I could see me doing half the stuff I do now with all my injuries. I’ve lost 8kg, gained muscle without bulking. Heart rate from 75 down to 52. I can run longer, faster, further. I can do most sports with ease and not get tired. I truly love and look forward to the next class every time!! I love the people in the group sessions and having the best sweat out ever.
